Erio G. Cavalieri is a Chilean born chef with Italian and Costa Rican roots.

Chef Cavalieri was raised in Flushing, Queens.

After attending the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, Chef Cavalieri worked in some of New York’s finest restaurant kitchens such as Le Bernardin, Veritas, Chicama, and worked as a Fromager at Artisanal.

In addition to cooking, Erio G. Cavalieri has added wine to his culinary training. He has interned at restaurant Daniel, worked at Italian Wine Merchants, and has developed menus for New York Wine Co. Chef Cavalieri is currently enrolled in the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and is pursuing the prestigious WSET Wine and Spirits Diploma.

Erio G. Cavalieri is a Chef/Instructor for the Institute of Culinary Education where he primarily works on special events. Chef Cavalieri is also the Chef for Pro Chile New York. In this capacity he collaborates with Pro Chile to present Chilean food products to the American market by way of cooking demonstrations, tastings, and food and beverage trade shows. Erio has also collaborated with several Chilean companies and has provided recipe testing and development for their product introductions into the international market.
