Letter to Chile- Meditations on South America's prolific winemaker

Bill St. John has been writing and teaching about wine for more than 30 years. In a recent Chicago Tribune piece he directly speaks to all those involved in the Chilean wine industry and offers invaluable advice to speak up and tell their story about their fine and unique wines.

He says, "You need to tell us about your more exciting wines, your up-and-comers, the distinctive sauvignon blancs from your north; unoaked chardonnay from your coast; electric, characterful syrah and carmenere from your hills."
